GENERAL SALE AND WARRANTY CONDITIONS

WARRANTY - Seller will replace any parts of the equipment purchased hereunder that fail, due to defective materials or workmanship within six (6)   months from the date of delivery to purchaser , provided the warranty card is dully forwarded to seller within ten (10) days of receipt of the machine by purchaser. Seller reserves the right to determine the cause of failure and purchaser agrees to return defective parts to sellers upon seller's request, shipping charges pre-paid. Parts will be furnished on an exchange basic, and replaced parts become the property of seller. Warranty service provided under this agreement does not assure uninterrupted operation of the equipment hereunder.

This warranty to repair applies only to new and unused machinery which, after shipment from the factory of seller, has not been altered, change, or repaired in any manner whatsoever. The warranty provided by seller under this agreement do not include repair of damage or replacement of parts caused by the use of equipment purchase hereunder for ordinary use for which designed. The transportation expenses of all exchanged parts shall be charged to the purchaser.

Seller shall not have any responsibility for loss of use of the equipment purchased hereunder, loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, personal injuries or other consequential damages.

No other warranties, express or implied, including the warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, will apply to the equipment purchase hereunder.

RETURN POLICY - (VALID ONLY FOR PRODUCT SOLD IN THE USA) If we cannot provide you with full satisfaction we are happy to accept a return for a full refund (including any charges you paid for shipping) for any new feeder purchased from us.

The feeder must be returned in the original packaging along with the RMA#, a copy of the invoice and an explanation for the return.

The item must be shipped back to us within 30 calendar days of delivery.  Any item returned after 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please call 931-437-2514 or email feeder@biotic.com to obtain RMA #.

PRICE - The prices and sales conditions and all other stipulations and agreements bind seller only after receipt at seller's office and acceptance and execution of this agreement by seller and receipt by seller of the required deposit. Price are F.O.B. factory, exclusive of taxes.

SHIPMENT - The risk of loss or damage to the goods in transit shall be upon the purchaser from the time of delivery by seller to carrier.

DELAY IN DELIVERY - Seller shall not be responsible for any expense or damage resulting from any delay in delivery. Delay of shipment shall not entitle purchaser to cancel this order.

MODIFICATION - This contract may not be modified or terminated orally, and no modification or termination nor any claimed waiver of any of the provision hereof shall be binding unless in writing and signed by the party against whom such modification, termination or waiver is sought to enforced.The validity, interpretation and performance of this Agreement with respect to the goods specified in this Agreement and/or products delivered hereunder shall be governed by the law of the State of Tennessee which jurisdiction shall also be the forum for any litigation concerning this Agreement
